We treat all fellow community members, event hosts, speakers, and volunteers kindly and respectfully. We recognize that each individual is a human being worthy of kindness, dignity, and understanding

We engage in conversation with curiosity, empathy, good faith, and humility. We value diversity of opinion and experience, and we do not assume there is only one correct way of seeing. We make space for earnest beliefs without judgment or presumption.

We offer meaningful and considered contributions, knowing that our words impact the experience of the people we are with.

Treating Others with Dignity

We uphold an environment free from discrimination, harassment, or hate speech of any kind. No exceptions. Behavior that is disrespectful or harmful toward others will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal from our events. We work to ensure that all feel secure and welcome.

Allowing Room for Difference

We are here to witness and support, not to persuade or coerce one another. We stay open to differing perspectives  and invite sincere questioning and reflection.

Contributing Constructively

We participate in a spirit of collaboration and goodwill. If conflict arises, we approach resolution with honesty, care, and mutual respect. Feedback is welcomed and helps us grow as a community.

Honoring Sovereignty

We respect personal boundaries. We honor each person’s absolute right to say “yes” or “no” in all situations.

Confidentiality and Privacy

We protect the privacy of our community. We do not record conversations or take photos without permission, especially during vulnerable or personal moments. What is shared in community circles stays within those circles.
